Returns & Refunds
No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been thoroughly inspected and we are satisfied that there are no issues with the return of the goods.If any item is found to be defective, then we will replace or refund the goods after inspection, provided that we are notified in writing within 2 working days of delivery. Any warranty given will commence from the date of the invoice. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any loss arising from the use of faulty products will be accepted by the Company.
The Customer must inspect the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and notify us within 2 working days. However we reserve the right to reject claims for goods that are damaged or do not arrive, if this procedure is not followed in any way.
All our products will have a Manufactures Guarantee with the product.
This returns policy does not affect you statutory rights.
