Terms & Conditions

All orders placed by customers with Blackman Rowe Outdoor Living are accepted on the understanding that the customer has read and fully understands the Terms & Conditions of Sale detailed below.

PRICES

Our policy is to continuously improve the service we offer, but  we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice.  All our prices are exclusive of Vat at the current rate.

DELIVERY

Our company  will undertake to deliver goods within 2-10 WORKING DAYS, but there may be circumstances that prevent this and we will advise customers of any such delay, however we cannot accept responsibility if circumstances prevent this happening. Claims for consequential losses arising from late delivery will not be accepted.

TURF 

Turf must be collected and laid the same day of delivery. Free collection from out yard – Please note that clients must load their own vehicle. Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. Turf should be inspected upon delivery / collection. We will only refund turf of any defects have been reported by email with attached images to Blackman Rowe Outdoor Living the same day it arrives in our yard / arrives for delivery. Delivery of turf is strictly kerbside only, Please ensure you have enough labor avalibe to help unload your turf from the delivery vehicle.

 

LOST IN TRANSIT

The Customer must notify us immediately if your order has not arrived by the agreed delivery date.  If notification is not made within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date, then we will not be able to accept a claim for goods lost in transit.

FAULTY GOODSIf any item is found to be defective, then we will replace or refund the goods after inspection, provided that we are notified in writing within 2 working days of delivery. Any warranty given will commence from the date of the invoice. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any loss arising from the use of faulty products will be accepted by the Company.

GOODS DAMAGED OR MISSING

The Customer must inspect the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and notify us within 2 working days. However we reserve the right to reject claims for goods that are damaged or do not arrive, if this procedure is not followed in any way.

RETURNS INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS

We will credit the value of the returned items less the cost of return carriage. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been thoroughly inspected and we are satisfied that there are no issues with the return of the goods.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made in full by credit / debit card prior to dispatch of order.

RISK AND TITLE

The risk of damage of any goods supplied passes to the customer on delivery of the item concerned .The title of the goods shall not pass until Blackman Rowe Outdoor Living has received cleared funds, payment in full for the goods supplied to the person purchasing the goods.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

Blackman Rowe Outdoor Living will not accept responsibility for loss of profits, incidental expenses or any consequential loss attributable to defects in material or delay in or non-delivery of goods.
